株式会社ルイファン・ジャパン（以下「当社」といいます）は、情報通信網利用促進及び情報保護等に関する法律、個人情報保護法など個人情報に関連する法令上の規定を遵守しており、プライバシーポリシーを制定してユーザーの権益保護に最善を尽くしています。当社は、プライバシーポリシーを通じてユーザーの個人情報がどのような用途と方式で利用されているか、個人情報保護のために当社がどのような対策を講じているかをお知らせします。当社がプライバシーポリシーを改定する場合は、お知らせを通じて公知します。
株式会社ルイファン・ジャパン（以下「当社」といいます）は、ユーザーにAdo LIGHT STICK - Ado Voo アプリケーション（以下「サービス」といいます）を提供する過程で、個人情報保護法第30条に基づき、情報主体の個人情報を保護し、これに関連する苦情を迅速かつ円滑に処理できるよう、以下のようにプライバシーポリシーを策定・公開します。
1. 収集する個人情報の項目及び収集方法
当社のサービス利用過程で以下のような情報が収集される場合があります。

2. 個人位置情報の管理
当社は、提供されるサービス利用（デバイス接続及び管理、ビートシンクサービス）時に位置データ及びアプリの位置データ使用及び処理のために位置情報が収集されます。
収集されたデータは別途保存したり共有されず、サービス内でのみ使用されます。
位置情報の収集理由は、デバイスと接続する際にBluetooth基盤のサービスを利用するためです。
3. 個人情報及び会員情報の管理
当社は、会員のアカウント情報及びサービス使用情報をサービス対象アプリケーションにのみ使用します。他のサービスとは会員体系を共有せず、個別アプリケーション適用によるユーザー識別に特異事項はありません。

ユーザーは、いつでも登録されている自身の個人情報を照会したり修正することができ、アカウント削除を要請することができます。ユーザーが個人情報の誤りに対する訂正を要請された場合、訂正を完了するまで当該個人情報を利用または提供しません。また、誤った個人情報を第三者にすでに提供した場合は、訂正処理結果を第三者に遅滞なく通知し、訂正が行われるようにします。当社は、ユーザーの要請により解約または削除された個人情報を下記の「個人情報の保有及び利用期間」に明示されたとおり処理し、それ以外の用途で閲覧または利用できないよう処理しています。
本サービスは14歳未満の児童の利用が制限されています。
米国、欧州連合から得た個人情報を使用または公開する際、当社は米国商務省が定めたセーフハーバー原則を遵守するか、欧州連合執行機関が承認した標準契約条項を使用するか、または適切な安全対策保証のために欧州連合規則内で他の方策を講じるか、ユーザーの同意を得ます。
